Qualification and Experience

Dr. Haitham Morsi is a specialist in Otolaryngology (ENT) with more than 10 years of experience in his field. In 2003, he graduated from the Alexandria School of Medicine, Egypt. Between the years 2003 to 2017, he received extensive training from the same college to complete his Masters and Doctorate degrees.

Contribution to Medical Science

Dr. Haitham Morsi‘s special interest lies in general ENT procedures which includes tonsillectomy, endoscopic adenoidectomy, endoscopic septoplasty, endoscopic turbinoplasty, endoscopic/microscopic ventilation tubes insertion, surgical tracheostomy, foreign body removal (ear, nose, and throat), and evacuation of auricular/ septal hematoma. Apart from these, he is interested in advanced rhinoplasty and skull base procedures and miscellaneous ENT procedures. Advanced rhinoplasty and skull base procedures includes functional endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis with and without nasal polyposis, endoscopic cauterization of SPA, AEA, PEA, and IMAX for epistaxis, endoscopic repair of CSF leaks, endoscopic repair of large skull base defects with herniated intracranial structures (meningocele-meningoencephalocele, endoscopic resection of sino-nasal tumours (benign and malignant), endoscopic/ external frontal sinus surgery, endoscopic trans-sphenoidal hypophysectomy (pituitary surgery-in collaboration with the neurosurgical team), and endoscopic DCR.
